Lang, president & CEO of Kay Lang + Associates, has specialized in the field of four and five-star hospitality and high-end residential design for over 30 years. Her projects span the globe from boutique hotels and destination resorts, to full-service properties including large scale mixed-use projects.

As principal in charge, Lang leads her design team utilizing her distinctive design vision with a personal, hands-on approach. As an artist herself, she is intimately involved from the inception of the project. She provides hand sketches during the conceptual and schematic design phases and selects and supervises the color palette through the architectural interior design development and construction documentation. To ensure a sense of place, Lang orchestrates the selection for the art and artifacts program.

Her firm is a Women Owned Business Enterprise. She is also a member of Network of Executive Women in Hospitality and promotes the mentoring of design students and giving back to the community.
