Leonard Parker worked for the Maxwell Company for 11 years furnishing hotels throughout the US and Caribbean. In 1969, he founded the Leonard Parker Company and created the agent only system of purchasing used today by nearly every purchasing company in the U.S. In 1996, he sold the Leonard Parker Company to Hospitality Worldwide Services, a public company where he served as a board member and chairman until retiring in 2003. Leonard was an innovator of purchasing software for hospitality and was responsible for the worldwide expansion and prominence of the company. He is a graduate of the Tulane University Business School and now acts as a senior advisor to the Parker Company.
Leonard Parker
