In 2004, Stephen Perkins was inducted into the Hospitality DesignPlatinum Circle in recognition of the hospitality design of ForrestPerkins. Founded in 1998 by Stephen Perkins, Deborah Forrest, and Cliff Tuttle, ForrestPerkins became a broadly recognized interior architecture and interior design firm. In 2012, Perkins resumed Stephen Perkins Architect from his Washington, D.C. base. Perkins is a licensed architect and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
